Certain Fusion Rifles, namely Rapid Fire frames, and 390 Pulse Rifles sometimes do 0 damage. For 390's it's often the second bullet in a burst that doesn't even register. For Rapid Fusions you can literally point blank someone and it either only does half damage or nothing at all. This really needs to be looked at.
