Skyburner's Oath Catalyst Not Progressing
As the title says, I've noticed that the Skyburner's Oath catalyst quest is not progressing from the Loyalist Cabal on the Derelict Leviathan. It works correctly elsewhere, I went out to the EDZ and it ticks up on the enemies there, but after sitting around shooting things for around a hour in the Gardens and Pools no progress was made.

Hey so I did a bunch of research and it looks like Cabal killed in activities grant no progression. Lost sectors, strikes, leviathan, campaign are a no go. The only way I was able to progress was on the EDZ.

it doesn't even progress with the red legion cabal in the duality dungeon which sucks for me

Fyi the cabal actually never counted on leviathan even back then when leviathan was still around
