Edited by nurjahanbibi: 10/20/2023 9:59:56 AMRegarding the Windows Key issue, it can be a bit frustrating, I get it. Sometimes, games have settings that disable the Windows Key to prevent accidental alt-tabbing. So, check your in-game settings first. In the meantime, if you ever decide to explore Windows 11 for your gaming setup, I found this interesting place called Digital Chill Mart. They offer discounted Windows 11 keys that could be a handy find for future upgrades. Gaming is all about finding those hidden treasures, whether in-game or in the tech world.

Edited by JacksonRider253: 1/8/2023 1:05:15 PMTough luck there, buddy. I had the same problem, and it wasn't a fault of my keyboard but of the Windows Keys disc. I asked a friend to install Windows 10 on my computer. Firstly, it worked wonderfully, but after a few days it started glitching, and I couldn't do anything. Then I saw a post on reddit.com about the Window CD Keys and realized the problem was the disc used. Nowadays, as the market doesn't have that many options you can run into fake ones. I bought a new one from the link from that post, and since then I didn't have bugs, freezes, or other stuff.

Make sure the keyboard's window lock is turned off

Unless I'm misunderstanding you, if you are trying to bring up the start menu by using the Windows key on your keyboard it won't work if you are using Fullscreen mode. Switching to Windowed Fullscreen should allow you to access your Start menu when pressing the Windows key.
