Can't complete or abandon Closing Ceremony quest
I didnt log in and complete the guardian games quest before reset. when i logged in today, it sent me to zavala, and then he wants me to go to the non-existent podium in the tower courtyard. Am i missing something? or is this a bug? I'm on PC.

Bump. This has been an issue for the last month Bungie. Come on. Just either delete it from inventories or let us abandon it. Doesn't seem like a difficult thing to do.

1 ReplyThis is so stupid, HOW MANY YEARS YOU NEED TO LEARN HOW TO PLAYTEST YOUR GAME??? It took me SIX tryes to even load into TOWER and now im stuck with this stupid quest! STOP MAKING NEW CONTENT, fix the one you have now! At season launch i made ONE minutes into start quest and got stuck on the pipes you crawl thro..... SERIOUSLY BUNGIE??? If you cant afford to hire playtesters, then give ppl access to do it for you free, this is just PATHETIC!

I have this too, due to pc in repair, now i'm just stuck with this quest. Let's hope bungie fixes this.

Ont top of that i have a blue Quest marker on the spot where the podium used to be.

Sadly as I was searching for a solution to this bug I noticed players on reddit complaining about the same exact bug.....for Guardian games 2021!!! I hope I don't have the quest stuck on my map and in my quest log until next years Guardian Games!

Same here! I still have the "visit the podium" quest under Seasonal since last week. I still had a Contender card but was able to Abandon that one. When I got the visit the podium quest last week, at first the entire Tower was empty except me. The icon on the podium was there but I couldn't trigger it. Now, that icon still appears in the map view, but there is of course no podium there. Nothing I can do. I suppose it doesn't hurt to have this quest still, but it's annoying that a bug kept me from completing this "cleanly".
