Can't get essence of Insanity from lecturn
I found the Bound Manacle on the moon before acquiring an Essence of Insanity and it seems to have locked me out of purchasing the essence from the lectern. I'm trying to get the Harbinger title and the Grenade Launcher reward from that essence is one of the things I still need.

This likely means you had the essence at one point and deleted it. Please check the Quest Archive by the post master in the tower and it should be there.
