Can Console players whisper PC Players back?
So very toxic PC player whispered me and I wanted to respond with a little knowledge. I'm on playstation and when I tried to do the /w their name, it didn't let me. Is there a fix for this?

To reply back, type /whisper or /w and their full bungie name e.i, Mr Bickell#5466 press your send button and their name should now be in pink and you just type away and send what you want to say.

2 RepliesReport them for their message and move on. Replying in kind is an easy way for them to report your message. I'd recommend not falling for the bait. As far as the chat interface on console, the help article for it says to enable whisper chat by typing /w and pressing enter to initiate whisper mode. It doesn't say to type a name after it, so did you try that? A full list of commands can be seen with /help , so that might be useful to use to find out if there's more information needed. Unfortunately, outside of the help article, I don't know if there's a fix or workaround, as I never use the chat, but some of the more knowledgeable community members might be able to answer your question.
