Platinum medals not counting for progress towards Medallion Battalion

I turned in 3 platinum medals. I did get drops from turning them in, but when i looked at my quest progress there was no change. I thought maybe it was a one time thing, so I just went and earned 3 more platinums and turned them in, again I got drops, but no progress towards medallion battalion.
No way i'm trying to finish that quest using just golds and silvers...

Saw someone on twitter saying the podium only wants you to turn in 1 medal at a time. I don't know what the issue is, but it sure sucks to have lost out on 90 points because none of my platinum medals counted.

Also haven't even seen the rewards pacakges in evas inventory since the first week and wasn't able to claim them the first week.

1 ReplyHey there. I have already passed the medal issue on to player support. Eva's packages were never meant to be additional rewards, the package contents were the drops you received the moment you lit the torches. The things Eva showed were just meant to be previews/placeholders. So if you lit the left side of the torches and received the exotic, and the ascendant shard from the right, then you got all the rewards.

3 RepliesSame issue here with the Medallion Battalion progress, ive turned in 2 full cases, so thats 6 platinum medallions plus the rest and my progress is only at 50% the way to unlocking the bronze torch.
