Error Code Rutabaga in Birthplace of the Vile Strike
From the Witch Queen launch to Guardian Games I've been unable to finish Birthplace of the Vile and get kicked to orbit with "max time skew". Very frustrating with it being the strike for the final week of Guardian Games, meaning I won't be able to complete the triumph or earn the emblem because of this
My framerate goes from its usual numbers down to 1-2 fps inconsistently throughout the strike, usually around the Harvest areas of the instance

I had the same problem; I got rutabaga'd like 5-6 times. I only managed to complete it once. FPS was rather great at the beginning, about 50 FPS, but once I entered Harvest and especially when I had to teleport from place to place, I got a massive drop to 6-8 FPS. Maybe it's your graphics card? Mine is an AMD Radeon Vega 8 (2 GB RAM), and it's not really that good for games such as these.

It's the same issue for me. I tried all the "fixes" found on the internet for it, but they didn't help. I know quite a few other people have the same issue as well... It sucks. :(
