Is It Even Possible To Get 175k in Competitive Playlist, This Week?
I did like 20 matches and can't get more then 173k points.

238K. Emote and finish all yellow bar Champions.

Use Void. Suppression and Volatility are your friends. Multikills, multikills, MULTIKILLS. Emote, THEN use Finishers on all Champions and yellow bars, when possible.

If you're competent then it is. I've gotten 180k so its more than possible. The so called exploit they claimed to have fixed is still there. The ineptitude show with this game is so blatant its a mystery on how people haven't exploited it yet.
