The problem with shotguns and fusion rifles is that they put out too much damage at long ranges. All primaries take too long to kill someone that's rushing you and going in & out of cover. Primaries need a buff or shotguns & fusions need a nerf. Ammo reduction will not fix the problem of people crutching shotguns & fusions.
