Way to show how tone deaf you are.
You can say you made a mistake listening to the minority about sbmm, but it means nothing when you continue to do the same thing over and over.
The only people who asked for IB to not be LL enabled are people who don't understand what IB is and what it was for. Once again you've made IB "just more of the same pvp" by only including ONE pinnacle per week and disabling LL just to further ensure nobody has any reason to play it instead of regular pvp. With these two changes you've made sure participation will go back to Y1 D2 levels.
If you had said the new guy in charge thought D2 Y1 was the best Destiny ever was people just wouldn't have bought Witch Queen, so instead you just make it perfectly clear to anyone who has a memory that this is the case through constant nerfs and reverting the things that actually brought D2 back from the brink of obscurity.
Yes, people wanted revolving IB modes. People actually wanted a complete reversal to D1 Y3 IB...
There is just no reason to participate except one stupid seal that takes a week.
I really wanted a reason to play pvp again. What I got is a reason to reduce my overall play time by at least half. And that's half of this season, which is already half of previous seasons.
What a step backwards.

What a step backwards.[/quote] Not just that but also removing LL makes it easier for cheaters who get banned faster access back into end game pvp. What next? Remove LL for trials and give every player who even joins for 1 game god roll weapons for participating? Bungie no longer cares for the longevity of Destiny 2. Soon it will be ran by a skeleton crew while the main group focuses on thier next shiny toy to hype up. D2 at this point will get the Anthem treatment.

1 ReplyThey’re just making Revoker great again. Worst part of it is changing the mode and making it less frequent. Not sure why they are completely changing a mode that has a good player base. If they wanted to help, they could have made capping a zone speed up ability cooldowns or penalize people for quitting a match. Hot dogs who never cap and quitters are the only things I dislike about playing IB. I guess we’ll see how it goes.

LL doesn't really make enough of a difference among people that play consistently to justify locking people out of the mode that don't have time or don't care to get their level high enough. Those are the only people that would end up all that much lower than anyone else and if that's the case they probably just wouldn't play to begin with.

3 RepliesI get the reduced Pinnacle drops, but LL advantage being disabled as reason not to play is a weird hill to die on. What's your actual issue with LL advantage being removed? Is it something other than "IB is supposed to be LL advantage", because we've had periods of time in D2 when IB didn't have it.
