Pit of Heresy Flawless Triumph not Working
I finished the dungeon twice flawlessly, once with each different character in different weeks and the triumph still doesn't activate. I need the moon seal and this is very frustrating.

Everyone in the instance has to go flawless. So if you did it in a team of 3, everyone would have to go flawless

Everyone in the fireteam needs to complete the dungeon flawlessly to unlock the triumph.
