Petition about the guardian games emblem
Since the level of cheese and cheating knows no bounds and the devs don’t test a single thing properly before making something as is ! Every player who participates in guardian games should get the emblem at this point it’s only fair to the community and maybe next year a more sure fire way to earn exclusive rewards is found!

1 Replyexactly what part of it is cheesing/cheating? I keep reading about people crying in regards to the Insult to Injury medal bonus...but that's part of the game. Hence why points are rewarded for it. It's not different than killing every champion to maximize points in a GM

Even if only 10% get it. It still wont be a rare emblem if you compare it to a day1 emblem/prestige raid emblem or exclusive bungie store emblems (like the lure of flame) so idk why ppl are so obsessed with it.

5 RepliesI have a based idea. 1: run a game wide search for scores over 400k 2: check score holder's medal counters for excessive revive/finisher medals 3: REMOVE said users from the score pool and disable theiraccess to guardian games events. 4: ??????????? 5: profit Easy. It's a competitive event. Should be treated as a competitive game and exploits go against TOS. I want this emblem. I worked my -blam!- off for over 9 hours trying to break 320k LEGITIMATELY. I don't want an "I'm a cheater" emblem. I want an "I'm dedicated to the spirit of the game" emblem...

6 RepliesI’ve read through a lot of these messages (slow day at the office) and you know what I see. About 10 percent defending the players who spent time crushing the score. And 90 percent of them crying their eyes out about exploits and cheating. Looks like you can tell who the top 10 percent will be by comment alone. And who is in that lower 90 percent that will still have the everyone gets it emblem on in 4 weeks. See if I’m wrong. Btw 602k here. And proud of the work my team put in to get there. If it were easy everyone would get that number. Just wanted to show my score and open the dartboard.

4 RepliesIt's taking advantage of a game mechanic that works properly under normal circumstances. I'm sure if they lower the points awarded for the guardian angel medal people would just find another mechanic to exploit. Just like the checkpoints in legendary story for medals. All game mechanics being used for alternate reasons that will mean nothing to anyone if the GG weren't currently in play. As far as the emblem goes, now that people are abusing that particular mechanic, they should allow us to have the triumph completed as long as we obtain platinum scoring, period. Not based on your percentage compared to others.
