Inspect the player who you want to report, click "Report Player", then click "Cheating", then click "Other" since Bungie can't be assed to even implement a proper "Account Recovery/Paid Carry" report option. This is what I do, at least.
1) have definitive proof it's an account recov, AND it's paid for, and no, just because they have better stats than normal over a span of a few games, does not qualify as "proof"
2) Just because you get stomped in Trials does not mean it's a recov...could just mean they're better than you, or they're really good at team shooting
Sure would be nice if Bungie actually cared about people breaking rules apart from forum rules. But they don't. They're secretly a social media company that just happens to make games.
Tell a big streamer to do it.
They will either:
A) Realize it's a friend of their's or fellow streamer and do nothing.
B) Report them and Bungie might care.
If you report, Bungie will not care at all.
