Witch queen mission completion triumphs not registering
My triumphs for The Arrival, The Cunning and The Last Chance are not registering even though I've completed them on all three characters and helped multiple friends do it as well. Anyone else have this issue?

The triumphs for the individual missions are for doing the weekly story mission that you select from the Throne World map and not for running the through the campaign - either the classic or legendary versions.
