i figured i might only be able to buy only one of the exotics from xur either the hawkmoon or DMT. i finished my exotic cipher quest and bought the DMT with my warlock. i did not see the exotic cipher to pick up again. so I said no big deal ill go to xur with my hunter and pick up the cipher and can do the quest again to try and get the hawkmoon this week but its not there even for my hunter. i think the only way you can get the exotic cipher is either from the seasonal reward which I picked up long ago and xur but I could be wrong. how come I cant see the exotic cipher on my hunter? i only did the exotic cipher quest on my warlock. thanks maybe its account based.
