What is the most Noob moment you’ve had in Destiny?

Popping a bubble at mid in Vault of Glass boss room and shooting a rocket launcher before getting out, killing me instantly. Firing a nova bomb at “A” in Rusted Lands and hitting the door frame directly in front of me, killing me and nobody else.
