Can you get drops again from Dungeons and Raids?
If you already did a dungeon or raid can you redo it again to get more drops or no?

Hey, For dungeons, only Prophecy and Grasp of Avarice are farmable. Shattered Throne and Pit of Heresy are limited to one lootable clear per class per week. Raids are all limited to one lootable clear per class per week. Vow of the Disciple encounters can be farmed for Spoils of Conquest, though.

Yes, dungeons are farmable. Next season Bungie will make a raid farmable when that raid is in the weekly rotation.
