Ward of Dawn has no practical use without the assistance of Helm of Saint 14.
Make Offensive Bulwark give bubble the ability to grant overshields to you and your team by passing through it just as it would if you had on Helm of Saint 14 minus the blinding of enemies. That way the helmet still has a purpose but the bubble can be less useless outside of encounters where enemies stand still or move slow enough to let you dps them.

Even with that helm knights will come in there and slash you out of it.

Yes, We are chained to Saint 14 like Warlocks used to be Lunafactions Break us free Bungie, I would even accept a nerf to force me to stop using it

So basically you want overshields and a damage buff while you roam around.

I only run HS14 in GM's. It's perfectly fine in PVP. Just pop a Towering Barricade out side of it.

Weapons of light?? You obviously haven’t stepped in to control or zone trials this season, its easily the most overpowered thing in crucibl coupled with lorely splendour, easily the most common super in crucible

I hate the look of that helmet. I would love it if we could run anything else in PvE and be competitive.

I never run the helm of St 14 with bubble
