I think a lot of us have done our fair share of research and have even stat-checked our opponents and teammates when we get destroyed in a Crucible match. And we know matchmaking has not been touched in a long time by Bungie. Even over a season ago, it's been the same matchmaking that we have now. I've seen the reports and evidence posted by other players about the current issues in both CBMM and SBMM activities. Heck if I can keep up with the links though. Now let's ask ourselves. Was matchmaking that bad during last season? Many of us have definitely asked that question after a couple of weeks or so at the start of this season. I sure don't remember it being this insane. Pretty sure that if the majority of players answered that it DIDN'T feel that bad last season, then something most-likely broke, which seems to be happening a lot lately with things that aren't even patched or changed after updates. And if that's the case... then switching from CBMM to SBMM or anything may not help. Something more technical might need fixed up instead. That would be my current take on the situation.
