It's obnoxious to have a close range setup on, then get hit with a map like rusted lands and have to scramble to throw different guns and mods on. No reason this shouldn't be in the game.

Watch how many players downvote you for a real good QOL update. So many shooters do this before a match. This is why this game can never be considered competitive. Players dont want competition, they want cheesy ez.

50% chance it’s Twilight Crap

2 RepliesI thought people just use shotguns on every map. Need to snipe? Shotgun. Close range? Shotgun. Mid-range? Shotgun. The only variety is, do I slide or go airborne?

Redrix shows you the map

Use DIM and save loadouts. You can change almost instantly. But it is obnoxious to not see the map till the last second. I also hate how there is no map voting. Getting the same trash like Twilight Gap 3/5 games is miserable.

People would quit games even quicker if they knew which of the ten 8 year old maps they are playing next.

They actually had this at one point but it didn't stick around long before they removed it. I wish they would either put it back or give us more time to switch gear before the match starts.

4 RepliesI’m afraid this would result in players leaving more than it would result in players adjusting their load out.

3 RepliesExternal apps like “Redrix” (the one I use) shows the map the moment your ship takes off to the new unknown destination. Sometimes minutes before it’s actually revealed to you depending on your lobby’s load time Would be a good feature to share the map identity while traveling to the location

Give us enough time to quit?
-
2 RepliesThey won't do this because when people see exodus blue, twilight gap and convergence no one will stick around lol. Then when the host leaves it will fumble about switching and then you will end up with 2 angry players that actually stuck around loading in.

Agreed.
