Crafting to save vault space
Instead of crafting 3 weapons with god rolls how about one weapon with multiple perks we can choose from?
Seasonal weapons already have this option.
Instead of vaulting 4 weapons AB AC DB DC, make one with A/D B/C

The way to keep crafting fresh is by making a bunch of weapon frames that have a "feel" to them without any perks. Then, add perks that can be used on both new and old weapon patterns. It will give people a reason to continue investing in weapons they care about, while also supplying fresh new weapons for them to craft. The trick is to lock new perk releases behind HIGH weapon levels. This way, the "weekly new gun" and "this will always be my gun" crowds BOTH have reason to participate in crafting. They also need to expand upon what can be customized on a weapon. Mementos are cool, but can we swap out pieces and/or entire models between weapons of the same archetype? How about we actually customize our frame and it not just be a pseudo-masterwork when we change the frame on a weapon? And what about crafting adept weapons? Or turning a crafted weapon INTO an adept crafted weapon by infusing X amount of adepts into the gun? There's so much to do, so many possibilities. Crafting will branch out, not collapse on itself.
