Not receiving Edge of Intent Exotic Glaive after >50 WellSpring matches

I have not been able to get Edge of Intent for my Warlock, despite having played many WellSpring events, and receiving many pieces of Veritas armor and Throne World weapons with him. The pattern is not supposed to be uncommon, so it should have been easy to pick up. My Titan got Edge of Action after just 6 or 7 events.
There is one thing that I can see possibly causing the issue. I finished Report:REVERSE-LURE with my Hunter and got Edge of Concurrence. My Warlock also had a copy of the quest. After my Hunter finished the quest, I tried to finish it with my Warlock too, but couldn't; the basin in which I would have placed the Osmium was not there, and neither was the extra Deepsight cloud that reveals the path up to the perch. After I went into Patterns and Catalysts and found out how to get the other two glaives, I quickly got Edge of Action. I also abandoned my Warlock's copy of the Report quest.
And now I can't get Edge of Intent for my Warlock. Can someone help make a correction to my account so I can get it?

You are correct, it's not supposed to be uncommon, it's supposed to be rare. The RNG-granted Exotic Glaive Patterns are RNG-based, and they are dropping. Only one Glaive can be earned from the Board's questlines; after that one is earned, the rest from from the Wellspring. Please note that it is RNG-based. Your account is not broken and you are not locked out of getting it. It is a rare drop.
