Can we please be matched with similar level players
Getting real sick of playing running simulator in vanguard, while some high level player just flies ahead and one shots everything.
Same for crucible, no fun being one shot cannon fodder.
Like, kudos to those players, well done for being so good, but I would like to play among peers.
And I'm not interested in being told it's something I'm doing wrong. I know I'm not good, that's not the point. just match me with other players who are equally as not good.

Okay so as other people have mentioned It seems very unlikely they will add SBMM to strikes but there are some things you can (try to) do. Option 1: find some like minded people on LFG , It might take a while to find people who want to take it slow but it could be worth it. Option 2: if you're on console you can get solo strikes by changing your date on the console, there are multiple guides out there so give it a search if you are. Option 3: I believe( Which means I am unsure but it could be worth giving a shot) that if u play with low power u get matched with other low power players, so try playing with 1350 weapons and gear and u should get matched with new players. A solo playlist would be awesome though! I think everyone would be grateful if they added that but knowing bungie they probably won't lol.

I get what you're saying, and the ONLY solution is finding other players that enjoy taking their time and not speed running. Find a clan As a solo que, you will ALWAYS just get those doing the three and done pinnacles.

I don’t see the point of SBMM in strikes, maybe if they made raids match made they could put however many clears you have to decide the matchmaking.

4 RepliesTry turning off the "cross play" before running strikes. Limiting the field of players available to match might help. (I've solo'd and two manned strikes when wanting to practice getting into position for a boss fight or do some quest related strike stuff without interference that way on ps4) I've said myself that strikes have become races to the boss. I think that grouping newer players together in strikes would be nice but with the player-base dwindling, You'd have issues with loading times/finding a fire-team might end up causing more problems than solutions...

6 RepliesGo into Elimination and Survival. Both have SBMM.

Try playing lost sectors until you're ready for strikes. Then work your way up to dungeons, and so on. As for pvp, comp has sbmm, so that's probably your best bet while you're still getting used to the game.
