Hey, I played D2 this morning and it was fine. Came back tried playing and the FPS in-game is stuck at 11. I tried some fixes I saw on reddit like the file in %APP%, reinstalling drivers ect... but none of the methods are working. Anyone knows something I can try? All my other games are running just fine, so its isolated to D2 alone.

12 RepliesI found a way to solve it 1. Go to \SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Destiny 2 and delete all files (except bin and package) 2. Open Steam and verify the integrity of game files 3. When it finishes, go to \SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Destiny 2\bin\x64 and copy all files 4. Go back to \SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Destiny 2 and paste it Sorry for my bad English and hope to help you

also having this issue. FPS is fine during title screen and during sign-in, but from character selection screen onwards, load times are much much longer and FPS is like 5-10 throughout would really appreciate a fix to this issue, game is unplayable otherwise

4 RepliesI have finally downloaded and tested the XBOX App version of the game with no issues. This is very interesting because I launched the steam version afterwards to see if it was a battleye download issue and it still didn't work. Either its because I have it installed on a different SSD & the laptop test didn't matter because the second drive there isn't an SSD. (WIndows 11 has SSD optimization for games may be the conflict)_ Or its something to do with the steam download and windows 11 from what I gathered here in the forum. I have a fix but it costs money to buy the game again . And it might be a temporary fix till the steam version works.

1 ReplyHappend to me too after update i can stand still in tower and look around with full FPS, but when i move it drops to 20 and below and becomes unplayable. Hope there is a solution fast because ive tried almost everything the internett has to offer. I use Xbox/Microsoft store but my friends with steam doesent have the problem. Is it a problem with microsoft store(xbox on pc) vs steam?

Brainstorm. I have 2 machines one works, one doesn’t. Both have windows 11. Differences that are on the non working machine: Alien ware monitor with software Dmz on main router with fixed dns Controller with ds4 driver Logitech gaming software old ver. 9 for g13 **Game installed on a different drive from os or c: Of these do you have any? I am leaning towards **
