Anarchy nerf is still unnecessary
Anarchy while yes it was the best exotic it wasn’t the omega boss damager by itself and had help from other weapons. It’s nerf should be reversed

16 RepliesYea what’s funny (really not) is that Ghally is in the same place damage wise. There are no other viable options for damage output like it. Soon they will nerf it into the ground once they have sucked everyone dry for the 30th anniversary content. Ordinary and vulnerable is all they want.

2 RepliesI feel like they over nerfed it because of how op it was during the GL meta. I’m fine with it not being an insane boss dps weapon I just like making traps with it which is more annoying to do now because of the ammo decrease. Easily one of the most fun exotics.

3 RepliesAgree, everytime they nerf a good weapon, it becomes irrelevant. When was the last time you or anyone else you know use it. No weapon should be nerfed into extinction!

wanna see a joke ? look up for ppl that actually think that nerfing anarchy and xeno (after teh work we had to get them, not like the new lights that can just buy the weapon) seriously I love bungies logic, "what ? anarchy and xeno are too powerful ? well they get a nerf......... oh btw you get Gally back, cuz we had to nerf 2 high dps exotic to give you the mother of all dps weapons" serious, this is the same as D1, the only diference is that now ppl dont kick you out for not having gally, still theres no excuse for not running gally

I actually do not have an opinion on this. I’m not adding to the conversation really as much as I am kinda surprised that have nothing productive to say. This post of mine is worth ignoring, however if stay a while I’ll regale a tale of the powerful Jim Spiffy. In a town of little importance lived a cow. This cow was not all that extraordinary but it did have one trick that the other cows did not. It could play checkers. It never won and easily got frustrated but this cow is the only recorded case of a bovine participating in a board game. But this did not matter because Jim Spiffy could not play checkers and thus the cow is of no value. Jim Spiffy was an energetic sort and challenged many penguin eggs to a race. And though the competition was fierce, Jim Spiffy always managed to miss the bus. So that is why we shun bus drivers.

It's fine. It can add clear while closing off areas, still provides good passive damage better than whitherhoard I believe.

The only reason witherhoard hasnt seen the exact same nerf is because it already deals way less damage than anarchy did

witherhoard 1 shot = 1 stick of anarchy. 1 on body, 1 on ground outdps 2 stick of anarchy. + you can use meta heavy for damage, linears for me YAY

I don’t think the nerf should be reversed, just lightened up a bit. Maybe 15-20% less damage against bosses? And just keep the reserves nerf.

2 Replies- 28,000 damage every second. - the ability to pair it with other weapons to do tonnes more damage - it didn’t require you to do anything - reserves of up to 34 shots Let’s do a the maths boys and girls. Anarchy grenades last 10 seconds (1 tick per second) (10 x 1 = 10ticks total) each tick deals 14,000 damage (for one shot) 2 shots can be stuck (28,000 damage) 28,000 x 10 = 280,000. Sounds broken? That’s two shots. 34/2 = 17 280,000 x 17 = 4,760,000 damage max. Now let’s say you pair that with two vorpal slug shotguns. (Estimate for lack of an exact value) 34,000 per crit sounds about right. You should have (max) 16 shots. 16 x 2 = 32. 34,000 x 32 = 1,088,000. That would take our total up to, hold on… 4,760,000 + 1,088,000 = 5,848,000 damage total. FIVE MILLION, EIGHT HUNDRED AND FOURTY- EIGHT THOUSAND DAMAGE. :)

26 RepliesAgree. It was never broken. They forced the players into using it because most of the other heavy exotics were complete trash. I'll tell everyone a secret...it's never the weapons or armor that's broken, blight ranger was used by what 2 percent of the community.
