Greetings,
It's the third week in a row that i get elderberry and fig error codes when the matchmaking of any activity ends, returning to orbit.
When i launch an activity that returns elderberry error codes there is nothing to do, but when i get fig error codes if i keep launching that activity, at some point i am able to play it.
I can assure that my connection is fine, in fact if i launch destiny from another steam account on the same computer i can do every activity normally.
I also can play every activity if i change my connection (phone hotspot). But if i use my computer (that works with other accounts) and my home connection i get that error codes.
Also i tryed to use another computer with my home connection and everything works. I alredy tryed to change my public ip and local IP and nothing changed and my NAT is alredy open with UPnP enabled.
I tryed also to contact for support opening a ticket (Case ID: 159292) thinking that i got some kind of server side restriction and got no answer.
I am wondering what can i do in order to get in touch with someone to understand what is going on ?
