I am going to need something in lieu of the service I paid for. I was playing (and paying) fine and suddenly I cant log in at all. This is a known issue I do realize that. But acknowledging that the service you are contractually obligated to provide is not being provided does not remove your liability to replace the value of the time of service lost. It is ridiculous that bungie has become so half assed.
