Hello, I sent several emails to Bungie asking for the lifting of the ban, but I received a reply from the robot. In addition, when I asked for help on the forum, I also found a player with the same question as me, but he used Chinese, so no one answered his question, and his help post seems to have been deleted.I can prove my innocence,My account has been by the wrong ban.And I want to ask you, don't you Bungie have online manual customer service? At least electronic arts also has online manual customer service. Although I heard the news that they are reducing manual customer service, is your Bungie's way of solving problems by email too slow? If there was manual customer service, I wouldn't wait so anxiously for so long, What's more, I got a reply email from the robot. The speed of manual customer service can perfectly solve an error prohibition case within a few hours(for example, the wrong prohibition case that has not been solved since the prohibition occurred to me).Haven't you ever thought about opening manual customer service to help more players like me who are wrongly prohibited or restricted to solve problems faster? The speed of sending and replying to emails is too slow and inefficient.

Greetings! The Help Forums are no place to assist in appeals of bans and/or restrictions; however, Bungie has a guide and a contact form where you can submit an appeal for your ban/restriction. This form is for appeals, and not questions such as why or how long. You mentioned you have already submitted an appeal, then that’s the best thing that you can do right now; the forums cannot assist you further. Please note, per the guide: There are no guarantees that a ban or suspension will be overturned, nor that an email will be responded to. Requests for additional information, such as the length of a restriction or reason for a ban, will be disregarded. Bungie’s ban and restriction policy can be found here.

5 RepliesThere is no need for customer service on this. SRT has investigated and placed the ban. They found a violation

2 RepliesI can understand your frustration but as for the ban you received it is highly unlikely it will be reverted as BattlEye for Destiny 2 has been running flawlessly since its launch. Keep in mind that cheating is not the only thing that can get you banned in Destiny. The following can also get you banned or restricted: - Charging others to recover their account for boosting, earning items, completing content, etc. - Recovering accounts in exchange for anything of value including but not limited to Patreon supporters, subscribers, follows, gift cards, etc. - Paying someone to recover your account to be boosted, have items earned, etc. - Boosting recoveries done for free can also result in bans or restrictions. I can't speak for Bungie and their policy on bans, I do not know the reason your account was banned, but hopefully, this may help in some way to make things more clear.

2 RepliesBeing banned on pc is usually for having programs active that you shouldn’t while playing

Bungie staff members review all appeal requests. If your appeal did not result in the ban being overturned that means there was sufficient evidence to support the initial ban placement. The appeal system does not use bots. Replies may be preformes templates but an actual human reviewed and made the decision. Unfortunately there is nothing more that can be done.

The process for BANS and RESTRICTIONS involve reports coming in from players or their flag system towards an individual. The person at Bungie HQ reviews it. And they decide if it was warranted or not. Intentionally or not your account broke the rules. Ignorance doesn't exempt you from them. Your account is done.
