Yolk vs White, the superior eggsperience?
Egg is one of the superior inventions in life after sliced bread.
Some omelette on toast that's just combining smart ideas.
But in the end the other is superior, egg white on a boiled egg outperforms the weirdly stiff texture and taste of the yolk.
And answering "The whole damn egg" is not an option, this is the internet and everyone is an extremist and 7 years old so you must choose your side on this great day.

1 ReplyI feel like the yolk has all the flavor. Texturally, the white does wonders, but i don't think it has much, if any, flavor. Eating or cooking only the yolk would be fine, but i don't the same goes for the white.
