PVP Bungie please allow players to self segregate away from toxic behavior

(Reposting from Help forum) Playing Survival last night (4-7-22) against another team who were gratuitously teabagging - every death, multiple guardians run over to teabag. Postgame I block TWO of them, thinking surely a block would mean I would no longer be matched with them (I've since found out the 'block' is for comms only and doesn't affect matchmaking). So we go to orbit, get back in the queue, and the next game we are again matched with them both - the block symbol clearly visible in the match roster. Again, gratuitous teabagging - every death. Postgame match two, my clanmate sends them a gg message and says 'but the teabagging is not cool' and they reply it's because I am running the True Colors Pride emblem. I understand Bungie practically invented teabagging with the Halo series, but the truth is things have changed in the last two decades, and pantomimed -blam!- assault wasn't funny or cool then or now. AT MINIMUM, players should be able to avoid those who engage in this crass behavior. Part of creating 'worlds that inspire friendship' needs to be creating worlds where players can avoid the relentless toxicity that pollutes this community. Blocking abusive comms is a start but it is most definitely NOT enough.
