Ever since the dreaming city weapons were reintroduced I’ve been trying to get my hands on a twilight oath again. I gave up after a while but have recently started the grind again, but with no luck. In the past 3 days I’ve ran over 50 Blind Wells and have seemed to not get a single Twilight Oath. Now this is probably a me problem but I think there should be a better way to acquire the dreaming city weapons because the current way is very unreliable to even get one to drop.
