Light Reclaimer III having issues. Have completed the task and not rewarded as being achieved

Same here, played it through the regular playlist, legendary (twice) and planet. still doesn't complete. My friend got it while playing with me but I didn't.

Seem to be having similar problems, no matter how many Lightbearers I kill and ghosts I squish.
