Difficulty on Lost Sectors is a good conceptual mechanic. Solo players can challenge themselves, earn loot. In practice, rather just pop heavy synths and try soloing Crota. Champions...they'd take 34 Gjally rounds - in its heyday - to have a prayer.

Destiny is my favorite video game franchise of all time. And I'm totally willing to WORK for the endgame loot. But after 5 hour sessions trying to solo Ogres in K1 Revelation, immune to all things Guardian-dealt, I'm done with these. Hopefully the exotic armors will be available another way down the road.
