Rhulk Encounter Glitch
Last night we ran Vow and the final encounter was all glitched. Had Leeching and jumped into Rhulk's beam and it took 5-10 seconds for it to switch to Emanating.
Then after the first damage phase was completed, Rhulk got stuck in that obelisk thing above the DPS area and we had to wipe to start the whole encounter over. This happened twice last night.

1 Replyi think the time delay was prolly just jag, but as for the boss getting stuck, it has to do with outbreak, the nanites cause him to bug out his location and he teleports into the dps area, had it happen myself lol, just don't use outbreak perfected is all
