Currently the only way to see how many of a particular crafting element you have is to go to the enclave and start shaping a weapon or by examining either an existing shaped weapon or a weapon with active deepsight resonance and hovering over the 3rd/4th column perks (if you extract from a DSRW the Element part of the tooltip disappears), but that still doesn't give a good way to compare the totals for all elements at once to be able to decide which element to farm for based on which you have the least of.
My suggestion would be to add an arbitrary unusuable item e.g. "Enclave Datapad" that can be acquired from on top of the crates between the post and vault terminals at the Enclave that can just sit in our consumables inventory along side our planetary materials etc and when hovered over it should just show a simple tooltip with a full list of how many Adroit/Energetic/Mutable/Ruinous/Drowned/Neutral Elements we have.

Having so many materials associated with crafting over-complicates the entire process. Resonant Alloy and one Element should be sufficient. Which is something Bungie is already working on if I remember correctly.
