Buff Alloy Magazine!
I've recently used alloy mag on a funnelweb and as far as i can tell its slower than flared mag and not sure but most likely tactical mag us probably faster too. Given that you have to empty the mag I feel atleast it definitely needs a buff.

Perhaps give alloy a small handling buff to go with it? It would set it apart being the only handling increase in the column and would make sense using a lighter alloy.

The thing is that it applies a Reload scalar, as opposed to a flat stat increase. How it compares to other reload speed increases will vary on a case by case basis. But yes, I agree, it's pretty bad and the only guns I think anyone uses with it are Exotics.
