Frankly it's atrocious and yet another grievance the entirety of the community has with Bungie and it's lack of effort in PVP. Players who want to use these crafted weapons are forced to go sit in front of a wave of thrall for an hour, or run pointless strikes and battlegrounds only to be finally able to use the weapons effectively in the crucible, as opposed to being rewarded for their time investment in the much more dynamic and interesting mode, being the crucible. Please increase the amount of XP rewarded to crafted weapons in the crucible, at it's current rate it's abysmal to say the least.

I’ve seen this one before

5 RepliesImagine playing a game that is 95% pve and whining everything is designed around the 5% that’s pvp. Tickle me…surprised.

6 RepliesOh no bungie is making me play PvE

Let’s be honest if you have the option would you rather level up a garbage roll of a crafted weapon in crucible or against those thrall? Let’s be honest the crafting system as a whole is what’s poorly executed. It seems to me like bungie designs systems than if they involve grind right before releasing they massively throttle xp gained. They slowly have been making progress in this regard and then weapon crafting came along. How soon people seem to forget the shady progression manipulation bungie has been caught doing in the past.

1 ReplyYeah, I tried a crafted weapon out today in crucible, the xp gain is complete -blam!-. Killing thrall is beyond mind numbing. 😔

6 RepliesYou get like 1% per PvE kill and 2% per pvp kill. Seeing as you can kill 20 enemies in seconds in PVE and killing 10 enemies in pvp takes minutes, I'd say a rebalance isn't unrealistic. I would think 5% per kill in pvp would feel more rewarding.

1 ReplyThankfully PVP players will only need to upgrade Hand Cannons and Shottys. So, every cloud and all that…

8 RepliesDo you get xp for competing matches as well? I know you do for strikes/missions/wellspring, but I'm not sure about crucible or gambit matches.

1 ReplyI agree. I went like 2 Resets of Trials(dude, help) with an unleveled Likely Suspect and it felt like an eternity to level that thing. It felt like I gained a level every 2 - 3 matches

since when is crucible a good mode its always been toxic and full of modders, you are better off doing everything else and stay away from pvp modes that is your best bet.
