It's absolutely disgusting that PvP has been such a poor experience for so many of it's players simply because they don't understand how to balance lobbies. Stop putting 3 well below average solos on zero wins against premade elite teams with gilded flawless titles. Nothing ruins a gaming experience quite like that, match after match, week after week. I played with 2 other solos tonight both under 1530 power against a 3 stack running full sweat mode over us.

See. I hate crucible players that need to understand something. Trials is the highest skill, most competitive mode in Crucible and all of Destiny. There will be sweats, and you will eventually lose. Please do not blame matchmaking, please do no blame the little amount of cheaters that is a common excuse for a lack of skill. I’ve said this since suggestion. Trials freelance will make trials incredibly easy or incredibly rng, no skill involved. If you want to progress your card, let alone flawless git gud and teammates git gud. I remember first week trials of the nine, absolutel sweat feast and had to grind. Got it tho. Use a meta and use the sweatiest things ever, because the opponent wont care.

I'm not the best player, last to say I'm great. Simply o.k. However the only mode worth playing is comp. All other matchmaking sucks d. Trials: supposed to be based on wins on your passage. Meanwhile it's Sunday, I've never been flawless still only have one win on it and somehow I'm still playing flawless players with glowing armor. So -blam!- broken. Meanwhile in comp. No problems getting 12 win streak.

i wish we could go back to matchmaking by wins that was a awesome weekend. i also wish bungie would ban every account on xbox LFG that advertise trial services cause they are aids to the community. do it for free with a carry or don't do it at all.

Trials is a hard core pvp mode created to challenge the best pvp players in the game. While Bungie has made it easier for players to play Trials they will only hold your hand so far. If you want to go to the Lighthouse you have to prove you are worthy by defeating all opposition no matter what skill level they are and no matter what skill level your team mates are. If you do not like this then as a wise man once said "if you can not take the heat stay away from the fire".... on other words play other pvp game modes and stay away from Trials.

Cause bungo doesn't wanna make the youtubers mad if they made them play against other sweat stacks.

People with cronus max controllers using mods for no recoil and a bunch of other wrongful things Bungie will not fix is the reason why we keep having crappy gameplay.

Because the matchmaking pool keeps getting smaller and smaller? 🤔 Bare minimum Trails only has around 1,000,000 accounts (roughly) that can even queue for Trials. (You need the current xpac to even do it) We all know that some of those million copies are people buying it for alts/back ups for hacked accounts. Plus we also know that a sizable chunk of those that bought it are NEVER going to even touch PvP, not even for the pinnacle, let alone Trials. Plus the first weekend of the Trials loot rework had the record for the most players (750,000 roughly iirc) ever since then it’s continually declining. Also iirc, someone a few days ago posted that roughly only 300k-750k players were playing PvP last week. And that’s across ALL platforms. And that’s just regular PvP (apparently the higher number also included gambit) let alone Trials. So the simple answer of why it sucks. There is always a winner and always a loser and the match pool is continually shrinking.

I can win 6 crucible games in a row with every game being 2.0+KD and still not have fun. Anymore crucible has two types of games. Super easy might as well be mercy win or absolutely crushed might as well be mercy loss. Neither are fun. Since the removal of SBMM my overall KD has gone from a 0.85 to a 1.07 and quickplay went from a .9 to a 1.12. Unpopular opinion but i hate that. Despite that top players claim Others want SBMM for “easier games”. Games were harder with SBMM, but everyone had a shot to do well. Now I just farm less skilled players. Not on purpose, destiny matchmaking puts them in my lobbies. And for perspective I need over a 1,000 kills without a single death for my KD to go up by 0.01 when I was a 0.9 I need 690 kills without a single death. I want harder games that feels like all players contribute. I’ll gladly take a hit on my KD if that means someone on my team isn’t hating the game because they got a 0.3 and feels like they did nothing but hurt the team every single game. Give me games that almost always end in a 10-20 point difference where every player mattered. Not who’s team top player can farm faster.
