i like how you think these forums represent the 'community'. the vast majority of the playing community never ever see these forums. they simply enjoy playing the game.
the only ones that come here are usually those that want to complain about something they don't like with an odd post or two praising bungie for something. these forums represent an extremely small fraction of the player base. as such, bungie gives the proper amount of attention they get to the 'community' you see here on the forums.

These are the ones that care about the changes. I’m not saying all they say here is right, but at least who writes here has an interest in things to be changed. The other players, the ones who don’t even know about this app, are probably occasional players who play the game the way it is. Just like they would play any other game

true. but let's say 95% of the players say nothing about any issue on these forums or maybe even don't come to these forums. if 95% don't see it as a big enough issue to come complain about it, should bungie listen to the 5%? don't get me wrong, there are valid suggestions IMO. i'm just saying, they are in a tough spot. that's why they mainly do things based off of analytics, actual data. and not off what a few complainers on the forums might say about something.

That’s Right, but I think they can’t analyze analytics, cause once stasis came out, trials player base reduced drastically every weekend. And stats talk but they didn’t want to elaborate interpret them. They needed stasis 1 year later, which is too much time for a response. With this post I refer specifically to the forum posts with hundreds of like. The ones shared by a lot of people. Sure that isn’t the expression of the player base, but it is a suggestion shared by many active players.
