It took less than a year to fix 120's but around a year to fix DMT, which is much superior weapon, they are listening, but not all the time and probably shouldn't always, because there is a lot of groups with different opinions. If we are speaking about forums they don't read them, because it is a place, there toxic kids blaming them because of a very little bug or mistake. The list of what this forum wants: Remove shotguns Remove hand cannons Remove pvp Remove Titans/Hunters/Warlocks Remove abilities Remove gambit Nerf a weapon that kills me in pvp Make matchmaking for raids And the list goes on

  • lol yep. also on the list remove raids more raids remove eververse (a LARGE source of income for the company) cheaper content more free content less free content remove F2P entirely a grind for loot less grind for loot exclusive rewards in pinnacle activities those same rewards in easy activities If the community speaks with one voice as the OP suggests, it is a very bipolar voice.

  • It seems like they don’t care enough about the game. They take too much time to make a minimal change, even the ones that everyone agreed on, as I mentioned stasis and 120 hand cannons. You mentioned Dmt as well. There are so many barriers to new players coming to the game and yet they don’t care. Another idea, why don’t they leave powerful engrams for the past raids/dungeons and leave pinnacles only for the new ones? The last wish raid, deep stone crypt, prophecy, Pit of heresy, dreaming city dungeon,… There haven’t been old / new PvP maps put in the rotation for years. If making a new one is complicated, it’s fine even bringing back some D1 iconic maps. At least break the monotony of this game

  • "It seems like they don't care enough about the game"? Yet they made systematic changes to give them the tools and ability to make tweaks and updates very quickly. They may not be able to throw together a full sandbox re-balancing in a week, but they also don't have to wait until the next big expansion to make any significant changes and improvements. They don't even have to wait until the next planned weekly hotfix. We can play armchair quarterback all day every day about what they should and shouldn't do, and how long it should take them to do it. But we don't know. And when it comes to making tweaks to things I get the impression they'd like to nail it in 1. Rather than heavily nerf something, and then have to keep tweaking it up to where it probably should be. We see examples all the time where something unforeseen slips through. Teleso ever breaking things. And even more recently Eriana's Vow suddenly getting the power to 1-shot body shot within Gambit. If you don't think Bungie doesn't try to keep these mistakes to a minimum, then you have zero idea how software development works. And this is when something breaks. A group of people complaining over a weapon type capable of killing them at 40 meters instead of only 35 meters is hardly a "drop everything" kind of issue.
