Hey, Good chance this is due to the quest being vaulted when Witch Queen released, while there are remnants of the quest still in the game e.g. Tokens & Awoken Talisman, the actual quest is not longer available. This may be way the prompt by the statue is no longer there, Bungie have stated that the bow will be available through other means however we are still waiting to find out what those means are. https://www.bungie.net/en/Guide/dcv
