So I previously played on Xbox and crosssaved over to my new PS5. I am able to access my character. I purchased the digital Witch Queen Deluxe Edition. It was $79.00. I can play the game, but all season pass content is locked and it says I need to purchase the Season Pass. I spoke with Playstion support and they said I only bought the add on season pass and need to buy the base game. I said it is the opposite, I can play the base game, but can't access the add on. They were no help and I am more confused then ever. Does anyone know what is happening?

Season Passes are bound to the first Destiny 2 account that a player logs in with after their purchase when accepting the “Cross Save Ready?” confirmation windows in Destiny 2, even if no characters have been created on it yet. Due to how Season Passes are applied to player accounts and characters, it's not possible to refund them or transfer them to another account. Make sure you are logging in to the correct account prior to accepting the Cross Save pop-up to ensure your Season Passes are correctly applied.
https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049498031-Destiny-2-Cross-Save-Guide If you bought it on PlayStation and logged in on PlayStation before you enabled Cross Save with your Xbox characters, then you bound the Season Passes to your PlayStation characters—even if none had actually been created yet—and then made them dormant by bringing over your other characters.

You technically don’t need to buy anything and can launch it, BUT A LOT of Content will be locked out for you. If you bought witch queen for $80 on Xbox, It does not transfer ownership to Sony PlayStation. You’d need to buy it on Sony. Cross save lets you share your characters and gear. Not the game licenses. My best guess is either your purchase of $80 was on Xbox and thus useless on Sony. Or your $80 purchase was on Sony but got rejected (I’ve had that happen). I’d check your CC bill and see who (if anyone) got the $80 payment. Or if you have a hold on your purchase.
