Latest PS4 update - Destiny cannot connect to PSN network
Just updated PS4 this morning CET - Now Destiny says it cannot contact PSN. PSN is fine on my machine…

I've been on the Bungie forums and one user has reported that this will fix the login problems. Have tried it myself and I'm able to log back into Destiny. Crazy that Playstation has said nothing about this. PS5 Users: Settings - User & Accounts - Other - Restore Licenses = FIX.

it would seem the PSN connection to D2 servers issue is resolved. have logged successfully into D2 from PS5

Same here after PS4 update. Not able to detect my PSN login on D2. Not sure if it’s D2/bungie or PSN/Sony. Just get it fixed! It’s stupid we can’t play our games we purchased because of issues like this.

3 RepliesSame in Canada. Restarted the app several times, rebooted my system, checked the internet connection and my PSN sign in. Checked other games. Nope, nada. Just Destiny 2 on the fritz. Everything else works fine. Everyone together now, THANKS BUNGIE.

1 ReplySame here, in Australia Latest PS update has affected online licensing, also affecting other AAA titles, not just Destiny to repeat, it is a PSN issue, not a Bungie issue

Same here in the UK. You can't make this up. Sony buys Bungie, then deploys an update to PSN that makes you unable to log in to the game, lol.

I’ve got the same issue on my PS5. I’ve tried disconnecting and reconnecting back to the PSN, resetting the internet settings and I’ve even tried turning it off and on again but I can’t log in. I guess I’ll go to bed instead. 😄

Same for me checked all connection they are all fine reset my modem and cleared cache on PS4 just to be safe and still getting the error code
