it seems that rahool has been stuck on the same selection of planetary materials for the past 8 days, and had a different subset for many days prior to that. i documented this in a reddit post, with links to historical "daily reset" threads from their bot. https://www.reddit.com/r/DestinyTheGame/comments/tkdrv8/rahool_has_had_datalatticebaryonheliumspinmetal/ this seems like a bug to me.
