One thing ive noticed since the nerf of Protective Light, which upon hitting low health gave Resist x4 which was supposed to be at/or above 50% DR. Well of Tenacity which received a buff to 50% DR is only displaying Resist x3, which inthink it should be x4. Im not sure if thats accurate or not or if the DR Resist scale was also adjusted. None the less, is Well of Tenacity giving us 50% DR? As Resist x3 is anywhere from 37.5% to 49.9%, once you hit 50% we should be seeing the x4 multiplier, no?
