Radiant Light Secondary Perk Not Activating
There’s currently an issue where Radiant Light’s secondary perk isn’t activating even though Arc Siphon [i]is[/i] an Arc mod. And before anyone asks: no, I do not have Radiant Light equipped on any other piece of armor.

1 ReplyIsn't Arc Siphon a well mod? Radiant Light requires a general arc mod like Arc resist or hands on within the same armor that Radiant Light is slotted in, or it requires another 'Charged with Light' Arc mod. Arc Well mods and Warmind cell mods do not apply.
