There are so many cool sparrows and you guys continue to release more sparrows while the always on time is faster than them all. I wanna use other sparrows but why wouldn’t I wanna use the fastest sparrow? Fix this!!!!

1 ReplyI think that speed is one trait...but it would be cool to see multiple traits be different. For instance...make a tanky sparrow...a fast sparrow...one that can do tricks really easily....one that maybe isn't super fast top end but has a ridiculous boost. Even better...make them base trait all the same and add mod slots to boost speed, durability etc. Mario kart style.

I wish we could go to amanda and have her customize our sparrows just like weapon crafting at the enclave. Maybe the always on time bonus speed could be separated into some raid sourced consumable. That way we could slot it into any sparrow while keeping the endgame requirement
-
I mean it is a raid sparrow....I get it, but I don't think all sparrows should be same. What they could have done for ex. add one or 2 more sparrows that are similar or like "always on time". They could of added new sparrow to GMs that will be similar to AoT, 100k NFs , legend/master activities from that season, in this case "wellspring" But I don't think they all should be the same. Besides the damn turn on that sparrow lol its -blam!-

1 ReplyYou see now Bungie see this and reads “please nerf Always on time “
-
8 RepliesBy this logic all trace rifles should debuff and make a crit bubble. It's only fair. Why should Divinity be the only one to do it?
-
2 RepliesPretty much why SRL could never return (not that I want it to)

Edited by GMDeece7: 3/22/2022 3:48:50 AMI just wish they make an actual “uniqe,” sparrow for raids. Not just the exact same sparrows you can simply get at eververse. We need more cool sparrows with stealth running + another perk. Give raids some more reason to try to get exclusive items like that.
-
Needs a speed increase to 170-200
-
I mean, if I really wanted to use a sparrow I would use the aot, but the reason being is this “why would you actually want different sparrows” cause some look a bit more impressive then the others, I play more for advantages then style, unless it comes down to looks, still trying to get a certain shader
-
3 Repliesi don't get the appeal of AOT I'm just as fast sometimes faster than every person i've seen with it. like yeah technically its faster in a pure straight line but no sparrow route is just that.
-
No they’d take the easy way out and just nerf Always On Time to “bring it in line.” Just realized, that sparrow has the same initials as Attack On Titan 😬
-
2 RepliesPlus it has less enemy aggro. There is literally no point in using any other sparrow. Not sure why they even add sparrows into the game.
-
Could it be called Always on Time if it didn't have a slight speed advantage? They would have to change it Same as the Others
-
You do know, a Sparrow is only used like....what 1% of the Time. The other 99% is it just placed behind you.
-
3 RepliesConsidering how useless a faster sparrow is in most the game you should just use whatever sparrow you want.
-
Nope, Always on Time is almost too fast in some cases. They should however have some more options than AoT.
-
Just add “raid” before sparrows and you got it
-
3 Repliesyou should have gotten it then
-
And then make Always on Time a little bit faster, so it will be always on time :)
-
Bungie is more likely to nerf always on time so that our walking speed is faster than sparrow .
-
1 ReplyI support this. There are so many Sparrows that are just getting sidelined because of AOT. Heck, why are there even speed discrepancies to begin with? Sparrow Racing doesn't exist anymore. The speed factor does a HUGE disservice to the art team who put together the Sparrows. And hey, without speed discrepancies, maybe people would buy Sparrows on Eververse. (Did THAT get your attention?)
-
They've never come out and said it, but I'm pretty sure the only reason its faster is cuz they put it in the exotic archive, and there wouldn't be any point in buying it if it was just another exotic sparrow. That said, there's really no 'need' to run it. Outside of the sparrow section in Grasp of Avarice, it makes a very minimal difference. AOT may let you get somewhere in patrol or a strike, like, a couple seconds faster than another exotic sparrow. I keep one on all of my characters in case I need it for some reason, but typically just use what I want.
-
I'd rather they make sparrows not have the durability of wet tissue paper before they buff their speed.
-
Iv said this for a long time people don't want it to happen because their raid sparrow will be like other sparrow you buy from the eververse but I believe all sparrows should go same speed as no time to explain or at very least the one from goa which is based about a sparrow run

Edited by llSpAxXll: 3/21/2022 11:49:29 AMHow many encounters is a sparrow required to go as fast as possible again? Currently only one.. and even that one can be done with other 160 sparrows. Also always on time has terrible curving and handeling, other sparrows ‘feel’ a lot better to steer and dash with. Along with looks, that’s what sets them apart! Use whatever you want mate, your not going to fail for being 5 seconds later somewhere. And even if so, there something about being ‘fashionably late’ and arriving in style. 😎
