No time to explain perk bugged
While playing iron banner I noticed that the Time-Slip created by no time to explain would continue to fire at dead guardians. I haven't tested this in PVE but it seems to be happening pretty consistently in crucible for me.

This has been happening for a while arc soul and not times time-slip have been shooting at dead guardians team is looking into this.
