Came up with this while playing Wellspring: Defend and jumping off the top to chase the boss.
It feels so unepic to use your Jump last second to break your fall.
So what if there were certain parts of activities that were compatible with this? While falling you'd basically get a prompt to press any emote button which would trigger a cool Iron Man landing pose that negates fall damage when you land.
Is this silly and unimportant? Maybe. But it would certainly be empowering 🥲

This is why i loved it that we got shatterdive. I loved phoenix dive since day 1. Here's to hoping we get some solar dives for titan and hunter.

3 RepliesShatterdive, Phoenix Dive and Ballistic Slam. EZ.

Hah, Warframe has this feature. I honestly find I jump before I hit the ground anyway because the animation locks you in place for a second and I obviously don't have time for that. 😂

2 RepliesI thought dying on impact was the superhero entrance?

17 RepliesI can already shatterdive. As for your request... No.
-
5 RepliesJust use phoenix dive or any of the hunter dives lol

1 ReplyI like this idea. Something like if you fall for a certain distance and time your melee right it'll slam you into the ground, superhero style. Basically the same as how the titan shoulder charge fall damage cancel works now. Just way cooler.
